For the more serious ones, mere remedies will not work and you must consult your doctor immediately. But serious or not so, you must not just shrug it off .
The neck is one of the most stressed part of the body. It holds what connects our brain to the rest of our body. It is susceptible to all the stress we go though in our everyday lives. This makes it very prone to injury. And being that it is a crucial body part, we should take care of it and not just ignore if it is in stress or pain.
