While neck injury has a lot of common causes like stress and muscle strain due to vehicular accidents, there are pretty scary causes of neck injury. And they are scary not because there’s too much blood and gore involved. On the contrary, they are scary because these causes of neck injury are the ones you never thought could harm you.
Pillow
who knew the soft comfortable thing we sleep on could possibly cause us injury? If your pillow is either too soft or too firm, too high or too flat, these could all lead to muscle strain to your neck, and if left untreated, could lead to more serious complications to your neck muscles.

This could pose serious problems for you aside from failing an exam. Add to the stress of the exam, you could also suffer from neck injury afterwards because of your bad posture.
